Our Story

At All Rice Thai, our recipes are inspired by Bangkok's Chinatown (Yaowarat) and Kanchanaburi province. We combine popular Thai rice dishes with local ingredients, providing a unique experience without the travel.

Meet Chef Gahn
Executive Chef Koranath Chirahiranroch (Gahn), was an alumni and instructor of Suan Dusit International Culinary School, a premier cooking school in Bangkok, Thailand, for over a decade.
Her passion for cooking started in her youth, growing up with delicious home-cooked meals from her grandma and working in kitchens since the age of 14. At Suan Dusit, Koranath supervised a team of over 20, leading kitchen operations for 12 years. She brings extensive knowledge and in-depth Thai cooking experience to our team.
Since 2017, she has held the lead chef at Pete's Diner in Washington DC. She has been serving delicious breakfast to patrons in Capital Hill.
